Delivery questions
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Processing can take slightly longer during busy periods, promotions or public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, your parcel travels with Aramex. Delivery times vary by location, and remote or outlying areas may take a little longer. See our shipping policy for full details.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa on orders of R1000 or more (after discounts). For smaller orders, the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you your Aramex tracking information. Enter the waybill number in the tracking box above and we'll take you straight to your live tracking on Aramex.
I haven't received a tracking email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there a few business days after dispatch, email support@bybare.co.za with your order number and we'll help.
Is there an extra fee for remote areas?
Some farms, plots, mines and other outlying addresses fall outside the courier's standard delivery network, and the courier may charge a remote-area surcharge. If this applies, we'll contact you before dispatch – you can choose to pay the surcharge or cancel for a full refund. We never charge it without your agreement.
My parcel hasn't arrived. What now?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days after dispatch, email support@bybare.co.za. We'll investigate with the courier and keep you updated.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment – we deliver throughout South Africa only.
